The potential for changes to the healthcare regulatory environment and market structure with the election of Donald Trump as president of the United States and a Republican-controlled Senate and House of Representatives, the continued drive toward value-based models and the upcoming changes in physician reimbursement are just some of the trends that will continue to impact the healthcare industry in 2017.
Combined with the consolidation in the industry and flux in the health insurance exchange market, there's no shortage of challenges and opportunities for healthcare organizations in the year ahead.
During Trends Shaping the Healthcare Industry in 2017: A Strategic Planning Session, a 45-minute webinar on November 17, 2016, now available for replay, Steven Valentine, vice president, Advisory Consulting Services, Premier Inc., provides a roadmap to the key issues, challenges and opportunities for healthcare organizations in 2017.
Each year, healthcare executives rely on the strategic advice they receive during this annual Healthcare Trends & Forecasts webinar sponsored by the Healthcare Intelligence Network. This 13th annual must-attend event covers the key issues for healthcare organizations in the year ahead and how they can strategically position their organization for success in this new environment.
- How the continued movement to value-based care delivery will impact your organization in the year ahead;
- The impact of more and more healthcare organizations taking on two-sided risk and who the winners and losers are in this arena;

- How the Health Insurance Exchanges market will likely evolve in 2017; and
- How MACRA will impact physicians in the coming year and what physician practices need to do now to prepare.
