Vermont's Medicaid program is in its second year of implementing a Next Generation ACO Model and represents Vermont Medicaid's effort to complete the requirements of its All-Payer Model with CMS, which sets forth the goal of aligning 70 percent of Vermonters in an ACO initiative by 2022.
During Next Generation Medicaid ACO: Aligning with An All-Payer Model, a 45-minute webinar on May 10th, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern, Amy Coonradt, director of operations for ACO Programs, Department of Vermont Health Access, will share how the Vermont Medicaid program, which was the first payer in Vermont to implement a Next Generation ACO program, has operationalized this transition as well as a status update on the program’s first performance year.
