Vermont's Medicaid program is in its second year of implementing a Next Generation ACO Model and represents Vermont Medicaid's effort to complete the requirements of its All-Payer Model with CMS, which sets forth the goal of aligning 70 percent of Vermonters in an ACO initiative by 2022.
