Irene Zolotorofe is the administrative director of clinical operations for Bon Secours Medical Group. Her responsibilities include a clinical transformation project, which is rolling out a medical home model of care to all of Bon Secours Medical Groups primary and specialty practices in the Virginia region, and nursing development. In addition, Zolotorofe is responsible for the development of Bon Secours Medical Groups embedded and virtual Nurse Navigator Program.
Zolotorofe has been a nurse for 20 years. She completed her Masters in Counseling from Hofstra University in 1992 and her Masters in Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia in 2006. Zolotorofe has been working for Bon Secours Medical Group for 14 years and has dedicated her career to the management of chronically ill patients and sharing her knowledge with other professionals.
